What You'll Do

  • Connect with customers: Make outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries, providing friendly, professional assistance.
  • Build trust: Verify client information and ensure accuracy for a smooth experience.
  • Guide and support: Clearly explain financing terms and help clients set up payment methods.
  • Problem-solve: Reach out to clients regarding late payments and work with them to find solutions.
  • Stay organized: Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in our system.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ year in a call center or office environment.
  • Dependability: Strong work ethic and proven longevity in previous roles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy: Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
